3 years extended cover on your DJ Equipment purchases
decks.co.uk Cover Plus offers you the opportunity to protect your DJ equipment, FREE OF CHARGE*, for a total of 3 years.
This cover is provided by decks.co.uk and is in addition to the warranty provided by the manufacturer. You can cover all of the equipment you purchase whether it's a single unit or a whole package – decks, cd players, mixers, amplifiers or effect units.
In addition to your standard warranty, decks.co.uk offer you the following:
In the event of a warranty fault arising with a unit anytime within the 3 year cover plus period, we will arrange for the unit to be collected by our insured courier and have it repaired as quickly as possible and then returned to you.
You could also choose to return the unit to our showrooms in person and we will provide a loan unit whilst yours is being repaired. Once your unit is repaired, you simply bring in the loan machine and collect your repaired one.
If your equipment needs non warranty or accidental damage repair, we'll have the unit collected at our cost and repaired for half the normal price .
Without cover plus, you would need to return the equipment to us at your cost and be charged for the re-delivery to you which would typically cost you more than £30
To keep it simple, theres an easy way to work out the cost of the cover.
On Technics, Vestax and Numark TTX turntables the cost is £20 per deck. On Pioneer CDJ-1000 and CDJ-800 CD players, the cost is £40 per unit. All other products are charged at 10% of the value of covered goods.
You have up to 14 days from the invoice date to take out your cover plus and you have a 30 days cooling off period in case you change you mind.
*If no purchases or claims have been made by the end of the 3 year period simply return your cover plus voucher within 30 days of expiry for an instant and full refund.
All prices quoted include VAT. A small carriage charge applies to spare parts. This does not affect your statutory rights. Flight cases, bags, cartridges and other accessories are not available for cover plus.
