We believe that you deserve the best deal possible on DJ equipment and now include free delivery on orders over £50.

On-Line orders placed and cleared by 4pm weekdays will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day, subject to stock. On-Line orders placed and cleared on weekends (Friday night - Sunday night) will be despatched the following Monday (exc.bank holidays) for delivery on the following Tuesday, again subject to stock.

Next day delivery applies to most of mainland UK excluding Scottish highlands and other rural areas where delivery may take up to 3 days.

Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland carry additional charges.

Christmas Delivery   

UK mainland orders below £50 carry a £5 delivery charge or an additional £5 charge with a timed.

service Orders paid by credit / debit cards can only be sent to the registered card address. This is to help prevent credit card fraud over the Internet. Deliveries are carried out by courier service which require a signature.

At Sapphires we realise that you cannot always arrange to be at home during the day; and with this in mind we are now able to offer Evening Delivery Service as an option for our UK customers.

For an extra £20, we can send your goods out for delivery the following day, between 5pm and 8pm. You still need to place your order before 4pm to make sure it will be despatched on the same day. All of our regular delivery conditions still apply (see below).

If you're ordering over the phone just ask one of our team members for details. When placing your order online, simply select the 'Evening Delivery' service during the checkout process. 

The service is not available at weekends, or for very heavy / large items eg. Coffin Cases and Deck Stands.
