All orders over £50 are free of delivery charges. Orders placed by 4pm weekdays will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day, subject to payment clearance and stock.

Orders placed and cleared on weekends (Friday night - Sunday night) will be despatched the following Monday (exc.bank holidays) for delivery on the following Tuesday, again subject to stock.

Next day delivery applies to most of mainland UK excluding Scottish highlands and other rural areas where delivery may take up to 3 days. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland carry additional charges.   

UK mainland orders below £50 carry a £5 delivery charge or an additional £5 charge with a timed service.

Orders paid by credit / debit cards can only be sent to the registered card address. This is to help prevent credit card fraud. Deliveries are carried out by courier service which require a signature.

We can also offer 3 timed delivery services. These include an AM service which insures that your order is delivered between 8am and 12pm. Our PM service insures your order is delivered between 12pm and 6pm. There is a 3rd option of  Evening Delivery as an option for our UK customers. For an extra £20, we can deliver your order the following day between 5pm and 8pm. When placing your order online, simply select the 'Evening Delivery' service during the checkout process. This service is not available at weekends.

Orders placed over the weekend (after 4pm Friday) will be processed and shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
