All UK mainland orders over £50 are free of delivery charges. Orders placed by 4pm weekdays will be despatched the same day for delivery the following working day, subject to payment clearance and stock.

Orders placed and cleared on weekends (Friday night - Sunday night) will be despatched the following Monday (exc.bank holidays) for delivery on the following Tuesday, again subject to stock.

Next day delivery applies to most of mainland UK, excluding Scottish highlands and other rural areas where delivery may take up to 3 days. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland carry additional charges and will be subject to a 48 hour delivery service. 

UK mainland orders below £50 carry a £5.99 delivery charge and/or an additional charge with a timed service.

Orders paid by credit / debit cards can only be sent to the registered card address. This is to help prevent credit card fraud. Deliveries are carried out by DPD courier service which requires a signature.

We have an interactive service to ensure you get a first-time delivery.  As our customer, you will be advised of when you can expect delivery of your parcels (usually within a 1 hour window) via SMS text message and/or e-mail.  This will ensure that you do not have to wait in all day to receive your parcel.

We can also offer 2 timed delivery services. These include an Pre AM service which insures that your order is delivered before 10am (this will allow you to not miss any work) Our AM service insures your order is delivered between 8am and 12pm. There is also a 3rd option of  Saturday Delivery for our UK customers. For an extra £15, we can deliver your order the following Saturday between 8am and 2pm. When placing your order online, simply select the 'Saturday Delivery' service during the checkout process.

All consignments delivered to Jersey with a value exceeding £400, including shipping costs, will be subject to a ‘Goods and Service Tax’ (GST) of 3% of the value of the consignment. The responsibility for the payment of this tax lies with the consignee (receiver) and not the consignor (sender). If the tax is not paid we will be unable to deliver the consignment.

The consignee has a duty to register consignments stating the consignment note number and from where the goods are being despatched. Where the GST has not been paid, the goods will be held by our Carrier for a maximum of 5 days. During this time our Carrier will notify the receiver of the goods that they are held by Customs and provide them with a Consignment Line Code. This will enable the receiver to declare the goods and pay any Customs duties and GST that is due on-line. If after 5 days the GST remains unpaid, the goods will be returned back to us.

Orders placed over the weekend (after 4pm Friday) will be processed and shipped on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders placed on bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Please note for December online ordering: Some parts of the UK will be experiencing delivery delays due to the amount of parcels our courier DPD is having to handle. Poor weather in some parts of the country will also be a factor and your delivery may be delayed.
