If the item you have ordered, has a manufacturing fault, then we will collect the item from you at our expense. However, this needs to be brought to our attention within 28 days of taking delivery. Goods supplied to europe carry a return to base warranty.
Any items after this period will need to be returned to us at your expense. Items returned to us must be sent via registered post, proof of posting is not proof of delivery. The returned item should be with sufficiant or the original manufacturer's packaging with accessories, manuals or other documentation.
Outer manufacturers packaging must also be protected in transit, and returned in original condition. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive a refund for the item, or receive a replacement provided the return is within the 28 day period. If you find the goods you have bought are not suitable for you, or are unhappy with purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days.
We will refund the money you have paid, less the cost to us of delivering the goods to you, within 28 days of the date the goods were returned to us.
The goods must be un-opened, un-used, and in their original packaging, complete with any supplied accessories.
Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned if the blister pack has been opened.
Headphones can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Software products may not be returned and hardware products containing software products that have been registered may also not be returned
