The Second Generation of Scarlett audio interfaces are the perfect partner for Pro Tools and the Scarlett 2i2 is supplied with Pro Tools | First – Focusrite Creative Pack. You’ll also find Ableton Live Lite bundled and a suite of software and samples, in fact everything you need to create music straight out of the box is included.
If you already have a DAW of choice the 2i2will work flawlessly across both Windows and OSX operating systems and, thanks to the super low latency, you can enhance your recordings with real time plug in processing (subject to software, settings and computer of course).
The latest generation of Scarlett 2i2 is packed full of upgrades and is capable of operating at sample rates up to 192kHz while delivering a latency low enough to support real time effect processing (provided your system can support it).
